Contract conclusion
They have the possibility of locking the sales contract in German or English language. By clicking the button „Order send“deliver you send order an obligatory order of the goods contained in the shopping card. The confirmation of the entrance of the order follows immediately after mailing the order. We can accept your order by dispatch of a confirmation of order by email or by distribution of the commodity within five days.
Contract text storage
The contract text remains stored after delivery of the order and is again callable on the website for the customer under its user name and personal password. In addition an entrance and an order confirmation are sent to the customer by email with further information for purchase completion. Over the print function of the browser can be printed the website with the relevant contract information during the order procedure.
Tax Free Customers from Switzerland and USA
Customers from Switzerland and USA ransom for VAT with us. The German VAT is automatically drawn off, as soon as you have announced yourselves with us in the shop. Please, note that by deliveries additional duties, taxes and fees result which you carry as a customer.

Cancellation Right
You may cancel your contract in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within 14 days without specifying the cause or – if the product is delivered to you prior to expiration of the cancellation period – by return shipment of the product. The cancellation period start with the receipt of this policy in writing, but not prior to the customer’s receipt of goods (for recurring shipments of similar products not prior to the receipt of the first partial shipment) and not prior to satisfaction of our obligation to disclose information pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 draft Law, as well as our duties according to § 312g, paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. The timely dispatch of the cancellation notice or the goods will suffice to protect this right of rescission.

Effects of cancellation
In the event of effective cancellation, the services received by the parties shall be returned and any benefits gained (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the service and uses (e.g. beneficial use) received in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us. For the deterioration and derived benefits, you must pay compensation only if the uses or the deterioration is due to a deal with the matter, beyond the consideration of the characteristics and functioning. By "testing the properties and functioning" refers to the testing and evaluation of the respective goods, such as it is in our store and customary. Products eligible for parcel post are to be returned at our risk. The regular return shipping costs are payable by you provided the product is consistent with the product ordered and the price of the returned product does not exceed 40 Euros, or for higher product values if at the time of cancellation you had not yet provided the return service or contracted partial payment. In all other cases the product may be returned free shipping. Products not suitable for parcel post will be picked up for your location. Obligations to refund payments must be satisfied within 30 days. For you this period begins at the time the cancellation or product is sent, for us with the receipt thereof.
